BON APPÉTIT!
This will be the first of a series of recipes that I will post, once or twice a week. I will be choosing a recipe from the many cookbooks that I have around the house collecting dust. I figured that doing this will give me a chance to make use of my cookbooks. It’s funny how cooking is not my specialty, but I love to buy cookbooks (who knows, maybe there’s a chef hidden inside of me). I hope that from this I will learn a thing or two about cooking and that my skills will improve. As Julia Child would say “BON APPÉTIT!”

I collected more ingredients than I needed, will not be using the potatoes…that’s another recipe 😉
Oops! Got so excited about this I didn’t take the picture of the layering (I’ll blame it on being a grandma)…. I cut the turkey in small squares and layered the turkey and the broccoli in the dish.
I mixed the salad dressing, milk, cream of chicken and cheese together and poured it on top of the turkey and broccoli…
cooked it for 30 minutes, took it out and added the french’s onions and cooked it 30 more minutes and its done!
and here’s my plate…I ate every bit and it was good! This is a quick and delicious recipe.
Now that was easy!
