Here’s a cute and easy banner that is great to hang on a window, fireplace, door or table setting; using felt and burlap.
I cut a heart and banner pattern from scratch…
then I cut out enough banners and hearts to fit my window size…
I sewed the hearts by hand on the burlap, now if you wish, you can use the fusible web to adhere the heart on, I wanted the stitch look…
I took rope and sewed each banner on the rope, or you can glue them on. I left enough rope on each side to give it swag look. I used thumb tacks to hang it up.
Just wanted to show the banner with the window closed.
Now, that was easy!!!
