A couple of weeks ago I saw where someone used this box as wedding favors (but with a different style and size). I made my box two times larger than the one I saw. My creative juices began to flow, and I said, “Hmm…this would be great for party favors, a gift filled with candy for your Sunday School kiddies, and for place-cards for a table setting!” I decided to make Easter boxes to give away to the grand-kids. I’m sure you can think of many more uses and ways to decorate this cute little box.
I used my Cameo Shillouette to cut everything out…love that machine!
I’m not using the machine to its potential, there is a lot I need to learn about it. The Silhouette is capable of putting perforated lines on the box, but I just used my scoring pad to do it.
I punched holes in the back to insert rope to hold the treats.
I used the small bags I already had, but I think bags a little bit bigger would be perfect.
TA-DA!!! Isn’t it adorable!
Click on the images below and print out the full image of the box and egg. There are 2 different shape boxes one with scroll and one without; and there are 2 different size eggs, one large and one small. I used the larger one for the white background on my eggs. Have fun paper crafting!

These are so cute! I have a Cricut and I know I don’t use it to its fullest potential. Just like you with the Silhouette, so much more to learn. I love your favor bags…your grandkids will love them.
I would love if you would share this at my link party. http://www.realcoake.com/2013/03/real-family-fun-6.html

Love these so much, so versatile for many occasions. I don’t have a silhouette so could you please let me know how wide you made them. I’ll be making them the good old fashioned way. Having an actual pattern would of course be perfect if it’s at all possible. Pretty please. Love the colors you used on yours, so pretty and festive. I can hardly wait to make some. Thanks for sharing this project as it’s one of cutest I’ve seen for any holiday.
