I-phone 5s Crochet Cover

By Cynthia 4 Comments

I’ve always wanted a i-phone 5s crochet cover . I think i-phone covers are so cute, especially the ones that are knitted or crocheted, so the other day I decided to make me one.  My inspiration came from these beautiful covers. I wanted to share my little “masterpiece” with you.

Supplies:
Knit Picks yarn (Bravo Sport)
DMC Coton Perle #5 thread for flower and doily
00 crochet needle
Crochet stitches used: ch, sc, dc, hdc, tc, (crochet abbreviations)

Here is a video to help you with creating your own cell phone cozy.
I put this cute and simple flower with a button on the closure, here is video on how to do this flower, for the closure strap attach second color yarn to back with five single crochet, alternate these stitches hdc one row and next row double crochet, until the strap is long enough. Since I did this off the fly I designed as I was crocheting it.This may be a no-no but I hot glued the doily and flower on the case.  I used velcro to keep it close. I don’t remember where I found this crochet motif from, but the internet is full of cute small motifs that you can crochet and use to decorate your case.
